it would be nice if there is an item that can alter the skin tone to appear more mettalic and mechanical. it would serve as good base for steampunk or mech based cosplays.

Check out Second Skin, one of those shades might be a good place to start.

i second this. maybe done in different parts (ie. head, torso, arms, legs) for more customization. i have a set or two of lights for my avatar on secondlife and they are so much fun! :D

well then if it's already been made I shall cast a new collection, how about a set comprised of guns inspired by real guns throughout history. you may also throw in a steampunkish tank wreckage background as a bonus. hahahahah
