I mean, I have a shitty voice and I get embarrassed super easy and am scared of being judged.
I tried to do one last year actually, but knowing that I was recording myself, I couldn't sing. Like stage fright times a million.

Awww, No one here is going to judge you harshly Kaderin. We just would love to hear your voice, regardless if you think it's awful for not. Most people that think they're terrib;e singers really aren't that bad at all. You don't have to if you really don't want to of course, just don't feel like you're not good enough.

Psh, they'd probably not think anything of it. I know when I hear or see my neighbors doing something silly I don't think much.

Thanks to my sister and my entire time in the public school system, I have some pretty deeply embedded fears of being judged and potentially made fun of. Especially in regards to singing. But I work on the issues when I can. If I can find a recording app that isn't staticky as all hell, I might give it a shot this year. The trick will be to sing while listening to the song on phone A (a former phone that I can use for music, but can't activate), while recording on phone B (my new phone) that way I can put mu recording phone down and hopefully forget that it's recording.
The other trick is to be alone at Job #1 (because that's when I really let loose and sing loud.)
