Thank you, "friend" who literally never talks to me for seeing the words "mental" and "issues" placed next to each other and immediately jumping to the conclusion that, not only did you know better how to handle my "self-care", but that I clearly must need therapy.
But you do not really know anything about me, my life, or what my specific issues are. Not everything or everyone requires therapy. And if anyone knows how to deal with my own care, it is ME!

TL;DR: People need to stop offering advice if it isn't asked for, especially if they are trying to tell a person how to take care of themself.

So my fiance's been out of work for a few weeks now, and he hasn't ever turned off his 5:30 alarm for work. It's not a problem monday through thursday, but I HAVE A HUGE MOTHERFUCKING PROBLEM BEING WOKEN UP AT FIVE GODDAMN THIRTY ON THE ONLY GODDAMN DAYS I GET TO FUCKING SLEEP IN, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT FUCKING STARTLES ME AWAKE SO GODDAMN WELL THAT I GET NO GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING SLEEP AFTERWARD, MEANWHILE HALF THE GODDAMN TIME THE ALARM DOESN'T EVEN WAKE HIM, OR HE FUCKING FALLS ASLEEP IMMEDIATELY AFTER TURNING IT OFF

So right now, I'm incredibly out of it from the sheer amount of shit I did to try and fall asleep that failed. I'm stuffed full of liquor, nyquil, benedryl and a double-bag cup of already extra-strength sleepytime tea.

I literally want to die.
