Potential migraine didn't actually develop and my local friend and I had lunch and coffee today and then they bought me a lot of stuff including yarn and a loom knitting pattern book and a cheap quill pen!

I finally tamed one of my cosplay wigs that I got fed up with a while ago because of the tangles. Now it looks pretty decent. =_=
