I've actually been wanting to go to Portland...ever since I visited there ages ago. It's probably changed quite a bit since then. Or Seattle? I lived near there for a year...so my father could do his nerding at Microsoft, obviously.

I just left Portland a year ago. It is super different and there is zero housing left. If you can find a place it is ungodly expensive.

There are also pot shops every block!

I'm not actually sure if the father enjoyed Seattle while we lived there.

It's kind of like that here. More and more people are moving away from the city for cheaper housing and commuting. Each year the traffic gets worse.
