Both are (generally) used for vastly different things. So both. Because I use sharpies to label and mark things and colored pencils for coloring. And in the past I used them in a stupid attempt at looking artsy by using them as hair sticks to hold up my messy buns. My hair is too short for that now.

Watch movies mainly. My laptop is for dvds, my desktop is for super old games, and my phone is for everything online since it's the only one with an internet connection.
