Ever buy supplies to start a new hobby, but then never learn the hobby?
That's my story with crochet lmao

You can still learn.
There are lots of free patterns and good tutorials to find online. Watch a few videos or photos, then try a simple dishcloth, amigurumi or similar small project (I recommend those to beginners because something like a sweater vest or whole afghan often seems way too daunting, but if you grab things you're able to finish in a day or two, you're already off to a good start)

Yeah. It's never too late to learn a new hobby. I've started learning Naalbinding, and I'm working on my first sock with that technique.

The yarn I bought to make a totoro amigurumi has been in the Jo-Ann's bag for 5 years. XD I guess this is a good time to start.

My sewing goals are to one day sew a life-sized Baymax plushie.

Sewing? I just wanna get Noelle finished.

I end up with a bunch of ideas... and then I get a bunch of stuff... and sometimes get more ideas...

And I wait a year for my order? (this is a joke) LOL

My own sewing goals are the bat and halloween cat plushie from Choly Knight. I already have the fabric and the patterns have been lying around in my room for two months. It's not just craft supplies that multiply, it's ideas too.
