Something seems to have happened because there are sirens everywhere. It was the neighbor's tree that fell. Thankfully it wasn't any taller.

I guess that's the only upside of not having many trees here.

The area used to be a lot more foresty, but not as much now. Still dense enough to not see anything behind us, and maybe parts of the sky. That's why it's weird when people say Texas is flat.

Maybe flat as in not many mountains xD

There is Hill Country, but that doesn't sound as exciting as Mountain Country.
