I'm taking pills to help with that tho.

I am...not taking pills for it. But I am making efforts to not buy so much junky stuff and to keep fruit around. Binging 5 clementines is much better than binging 5 candy bars.

Cheesecake is another good thing. Thankfully it's generally too expensive for me to buy or too time consuming to make on a regular basis or I'd be a mile wide by now...

I do actually need to test a couple cupcake recipes soon though. I've narrowed the coffee cupcakes (for a little cuddly dragon's birthday!) down to 2 recipes, but I need to make like 1/4 batches just to decide which one has the better flavor.

Well, he'll take his coffee pretty much any way. I just don't necessarily have the money to buy too many items to make a fancy flavor combo. All I need right now is vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and granular/regular sugar. And maybe some mini candies to decorate with...

I mean, it's just a coffee cupcake with a little vanilla in it and a vanilla or vanilla coffee buttercream icing. Pretty simple.

I never actually tried to do buttercream.

Buttercream is actually WAY easy. Mix butter, powdered sugar, and a little cream or milk until it's at the consistency you want. Add flavors to taste (in place of milk if you're adding a lot of liquid for flavors) and color as desired.
