Imagine if snowflakes were sparklier!

Snow is already mostly white, so by “sparklier”, do you mean, actually reflect light, or... are light-emitting...?

Like sequins xD Falling from the sky.

white =/= sparkly

being sparklier in this case would probably involve different forms of reflectivity, in the vein that diamonds reflect in a combination of ways, not only one.

...as if snow didn’t give enough sunburns already.

I'm attempting it but failing. When selecting what to remove, do you mean something like using the magic wand on the noise layer with 10% tolerance? And, paint all white before adding the noise?

yeah, i blob on some color in a new layer, add noise (adjust the coverage and scattering to your needs), then go in with a magic wand to select swatches of pixels to delete. continue deleting until happy with your coverage, then trim off everything that won't be within the bounds of the clothing item.

paint to desired color (white is good for sparkles), adjust opacity/layer effects as needed, and done

mdom: the high reflectivity of snow means that when you're out, you get them sun rays just like it's a clear summer day. sunscreen is needed year round to the vulnerable, and highly recommended for everyone.

Also, due to the angle at which snow generally reflects light, you can get sunburns in places you usually don’t get sunburns at.
