the layer limitations here are uhhhhh

there are 3 layers. the base, everything above the base, and everything below the base.

you can have as many items as you want equipped and shuffle them in any order in their respective above/below section.

so like. serious freedom??? ditto

So there's some limitations
Panth has a lot more freedom, I can grab a screenie if you wanna see how theirs is

i'm not a member, no. i don't really play on other sites. i would be interested in how they're doing things. i did check their landing page and saw they use a dye system, which is nice.

Yes you can make items transparent, so if you want just one piece of this huge item, set all but the bit you want to zero and bam they're invisible
Don't even block other items

the transparent bit is interesting. i do not like their apparent approach with dye slots, that seems like a bit of an annoyance to me.

not to be a nit picker, but you're more talking about color and part selection, not layers, which i still stand by us having just as much freedom on that front from everything i can see.

what i would be interested in seeing is how deep the face and body customization goes with this setup, as that's my jam more than the clothes business
