Can someone direct me where to buy raffle tickets? I assumed they would be in the event shop but I can't find them :(

You can, but that doesn't neccessarily mean all users will see them. They might very well come up as small rectangles you'll have to shove into your preferred search engine per copy&paste to find out what it was.

It's a little bit buggy sometimes, too, especially if you have a lot of them.
