That's why I liked the first season of The Walking Dead. It was about how the humans handled it and had little actual zombie attacking. But then they ruined it after that.

My friend was telling me that in the comics they reached some sort of balance? Not balance. Stalemate?? With the zombies and they were about people living in the community

The issue with the series is that they replaced the writers, cut the budget, and ordered more episodes after the first season. So no wonder it didn't hold up as well.

Netflix recommended me Riverdale. First season was good even, but afterwards... what a mess. A mess I had to watch

Not particularly. Felt it could have used some humor because it wound up being more serious than I expected for a supernatural show. But I'm not familiar with the comics.
