It's definitely teal! But it's a slightly greenish teal. In HSV color, it's got a hue value of 160, which is way closer to pure teal (180) than pure green (120).

Well, that's because phones tend to not exactly have the best color calibration. XD They oversaturate everything in order to try to make up for the ridiculous assortment of lighting conditions they have to work in.
