Fun fact, the phonetic spelling of “comrade” would be комрад, without the е.

The actual Russian word for comrade is továrisch, товáрищ.

During school when I learned cyrillic I also wrote a lot of those silly phonetic things (same with hiragana) and at first glance I was all "Noo! That's not how you do it" XD

think i've got my current avatar ready for the sweets / event items theme, but will have to see tbh. i think there's still a few things that could be improved.
