Encouragement would be asking questions yourself.

It seems like the people who get harassed on public transportation get targeted even more by engaging at all with answering their questions.

There's already no public transportation out here, so you it's pretty necessary to have a vehicle.

Some that drive while using the phone, yes, but nothing that made me think 'wow, I should've learned how to drive'

Ah, I wonder how strict getting licenses would be for you. You would think there weren't any regulations here with the way people drive.

There's no mental health regulation actually xDD there's a test but it's like, a logic test so I'd do very well at that

There isn't any mental health regulation here either for driving. I don't know if it's even required any more to take classes.

That's what I hate about driving, I'm scared that one mistake can ruin my or someone else's life. Nearly ran into someone last weekend because they pulled out of a parking lot in front of me without stopping. Thankfully I anticipated it and was able to react in time.
