about nine inches tall. and he's a nice diameter to hold, too. not super thick, but not so thin that he feels wobbly.

not really necessary. I tend to stuff toys pretty firmly. That, combined with the tight gauge, keeps the limbs pretty much in place.

I like working with copper wire, myself. Aluminum seems to leave dark residue on textiles.

well i it is inside of the batting it shouldn't be an issue, right? of course i think you probably need to live in a dry place to use it though it is so light and flexible it might be worth the trouble
