i have that problem with mushrooms. pretty sure it's a texture issue.

I like mushrooms. They remind me of how I always spent the summer with my grandfather on the countryside collecting chanterelles and boletus in the woods.

Mussels are delicious in teppanyaki. Always one of my preferred picks in the nearby restaurant that lets you select your own plate.
