When I was a kid the cool thing to do was to see how many Sour Warheads you could stuff in your mouth before the sourness made you either cry or vomit. My husband has a scar on his tongue from doing it so often the acidic candies ate a wound on it.

So long as you don't try to stuff twenty-three of them in your mouth and leave them there until someone else submits to their bodily urge to get the painful sensation gone I think you're probably safe.
