Aw! I think I've seen a bird that chooses to put colorful feathers into his own.. coat? I guess feathers are as much a coat as fur. But then his person cut strips of construction paper and he started picking those to make feather extensions! https://www.thedodo.com/why-lovebird...627306060.html
