beta fish is an event item? special?

it was a beta item(badumtish) you had to be in the beta to get one. i joined on the last day of the beta so i am going on a limb and say users under 1200 you be the only ones to get one without being gifted

it's probably a seeded one or else an accident. i once put in a donation item and got an event rig XD

the last time I tried to give a donation item the exchange told me it was too valuable and it couldn't accept ehehehe
