One of my former school friends had a much lighter version of that strange condition. Girl was on the lower end of bmi scale (and frankly I think if she didn't have those huge boobs bumping her shirt size up from xs to m she would've rang underweight), but when she got hungry she was HUNGRY. Could easily eat four bread rolls at once.
