Unrelated, my grandma's cat that passed a few years ago hated balls, so, those jingly toy balls for cats, he took off whenever he saw or heard one. o-o Maybe it's because he hated the oranges that sometimes fell to the floor and rolled towards him. He never even batted them away, he just ran and hid. <x}

i've never met a cat that wasn't pro-feather though a number of the cats in my life were into watching or even eating birds so maybe that contributes to it

yeah they must think all feathers are birds and therefore the enemy!!!!

He was adorable when he wasn't being an edgy grump of an old cat. <x'D His meows always sounded like he was complaining about something. >u>; and he had the meanest expression. Wish I had a pic of him, but this is the closest cat pic I found resembling him. <x} One of his ear tips was bent a bit tho, and he had a dark strip down his back.

<x'D Well-! ahaha! He liked to show other cats who was boss around his home turf! Also any dogs that happened to walk by. <x'} And children. He bit me twice as a child, but he was totally chill with me when I was grown.
