we're going to make lemongrass soup today, i've never had it before so i'm excited

<x} Today, my brother made "soda" based on the anime Dr. Stone, with one of his buddies. >u>; It was made of carbonated water, carmelized honey, cilantro and lime zest. I got to try it and...it tasted like not soda, and more like honey water. x'D

i really like honey water, so that sounds delish =w=
i've never tasted caramelised honey! is it just honey heated until it... solidifies? o.O
