Actually, I recently learned that when he belonged to the neighbors that he burned his paws on their grill or stove or something, can't quite remember which but I'm guessing that's why his paws are sensitive. Even when I'm gentle when cleaning them he still hates it. :( But that doesn't stop him from getting them muddy.

it's about how joyfriend is an infantilizing term. does nobody realize that boyfriend and girlfriend are fairly infantilizing as well, but nobody notices because it's ingrained into the culture?

also, it makes people happy, so they've got no real right to bitch about it unless they're gonna come up with a halfway decent alternative.

boyfriend and girlfriend aren't though. they were only ever intended to be used by young persons to express young-person relationships and so their youthful phrasing is appropriate for what they were created to describe

they only issue with them is that they are just woefully outdated for cultures where you can still be in the dating phase of your life long past the point where you would have completed raising a family in past generations

I didn't get flippin' anything done today, but I guess it's okay because I fed myself for once. ;U; Now I don't feel the shakes and the dizziness yeeeyy.
But, <:c *sigh* I still gotta push through schoolwork for two more weeks, so I can finally have time for myself..I have a feeling I need to take a break from school, so I can recover my sense of individuality and my health. ^~^; 'cause both are not doin' so good.

But it's okay, because I have a plan. >.<; Which I won't like at first but it might help me. :[ At least, it'll put me on a better track than I'm on currently.
