From what I've heard, if you really want to make it as a commissioner, you go to the furries, because they almost always (like, 90% of the time vs maybe 40-50% of the time for non-furry stuff) pay fairly and on time.

i wouldn't say 'on time' exactly but they do pay a lot more fairly than monster/human buyers and feral buyers tend to be shysters or children so waaaay more often than they do XD

smut buyers are where it is at though. they are the ones that keep coming back and repeat customers are an artist's life blood

I don't think I'll take paying commissions tho. <n<; I'd make too little regardless of what I draw...<x} I think I'd rather get paid for arts n' crafts. :/ But will have to use the money for supplies entirely in order to keep making money to spend on things to make money with.. <x'}
