I wonder if you would be intolerant to goat or sheep milk based cheeses.

Some "superfoods". But nuts too because of phytic acid and anti-nutrients.

Hm, good question. My mom doesn't let me buy any 'exotic' cheese, not even buffalo!

Water buffalo, also one of my favorite cheeses uses their milk.


Bison also might be called buffalo. I've only tried mozzarella using their milk, but am hoping to find something else.


Nuts also have a lot of good things, too. Just like with anything, an excess can be problematic.
