ouch~ I just found out at my work they we couldn't text on cell phones... my goofy family keeps texting me though
I haven't been yelled at for it but 3 other people have... I'm not sure why I haven't got yelled at, however I only use it when people message me to ask when I get picked up and all... so it isn't used constantly
I guess I have been lucky so far, though I have been there longer as well compared to those people who were getting yelled at ~ that might be why

Break time yes, but other than that we shouldn't even have the phone on our being. I would normally just use it for a clock while working.
