i dont see anything really wrong i mean id say we should stick to our own soil seeing as the USA can't take care of themselves as it is.. xP

but over all i'd agree to try an assist in stopping or lowering the rapes/murder but i dont think theres much to really help .. i mean other places sell the weapons they use in order to do such things anyway xP

Eh, I have a tendency to say what I think and mean what I say, most times without expecting to rile someone up.

However, I do feel that the rapes in Africa (and anywhere in general) is women and girls were given guns and trained how to use them.

Maryland, they have no male rape law so going by the laws it's not really against the law to rape a male in this state. A friend of mine did a study on the laws an such of the state, an this is a stated law that there isn't one lol
