Well, there was some before that, but hmm... I really don't know. XD All of them did some title ninja-ing at some point in time. x3 I know Zypher did mine, when I was talking about how I couldn't figure what title I would want and that I would feel awkward for asking for it (it was also before the official title changing thread was made).

Infections. Just in different places.
One has a bladder infection and the other has an infection in the stump of his incomplete leg. (It happened at birth, but he's fine) He cut it on something, and then started chewing on it so it got infected.
