But, yea, we have about 3 shades of black atm. I am talking about the MI and such blacks and then different blacks in the darkest shade of basic item. Lightest one now differs, too. And newest items have brighter coloring than older items. It all makes things difficult.

When I don't look at it color-wise, I thought your hair was a nice accent and brought the outfit out nicely and corset shade doesn't really matter, just as lip color or eye outline. But that's what happens when I go in shade obsession.

Menewsha, my first avvie that I really played as avvie site, was mini0hell for me that wise. They had about 52 different basic shades, but most the items were some other shade so that the MIs, EIs and commons could hardly match the shades perfectly.

I used to love Mene. I spent many months there, like you did on Gaia. I still hold it dearly in my heart, but... things happened, things changed and I ended up here. And I love it here as well. I made many pretty avvies, too. x3 If you tried, you could match things up, it isn't like there is never any matching items, but you do have to look around for a while to get used to it. That's why I love how trisphee colors the items.

I think you just need to get hang of it. XD I know people who made super-layered and super-colorful avvies there very easily.

I think I use the lip shade that's meant for the one-shade darker skin tone. I don't like the third-to-last but I think that's the one for my skin, since the third-to-last elven ears match perfectly.

yeah. I think the new paint-y skins are pretty. but I'm afraid no one would recognize me if I changed my skin color! I used the Dragon Lord skin in an avi a week ago and didn't even recognize myself half the time. XDD

pshh, I never look at that. XD if I want to find myself quickly, I look for either my avatar or my signature. but sometimes the signature throws me off because lots of people keep their personal sushis in their signature too so I see it and go "ME? oh, no, it's just Fictions. nevermind."
