I weigh about 100 pounds too much, literally. So occasionally I go on health food kicks to see if I can't lose weight but there is never a tangible difference in my weight so I kinda give up.

Well ever since I moved into the new place that is near the college I'm able to walk to school within two or three blocks. It's hilly so it's a plus workout for me. :D Losing weight from that, well keeping me in shape and toning my legs muscles. So yes it's good for you Taiki!

Yeeeah, Luci. My boyfriend needs to start working out again it helps with his depression. He got natural pecs and biceps. Now he needs to work that tummy. (No, not a beer belly, he doesn't drink beer. Lol)
