I've asked people to post in my threads on menewsha.

On some sites like zantarni you can delete your post if you posted last.

Yeah exactly, if I'm used to it being slow I just take for granted that there aren't any new posts x_o.

Sigh, I liek the "bump" option that some sites have, although I don't like that it takes over the time stamp f your latest post (instead of showing that it has been bumped)

Yes. Some sites have a "bump button" which will toss a thread back on top if used. That option is so very convenient, but re-stamping the time is a bit annoying.

Yeah I went to bed also, I tend to just kind of disappear though, because if I come back on to say that I am going, i get distracted by a million things...

I say that when the forums are dead we should be able to spam and bump all we want. I mean, what else is there to do, but talk to yourself and hope that someone will log on and come talk with you?
