Probably if you special ordered it but it isn't a regular thing. Where I come from we have Dairy Queen which is an Ice Cream Shop, they're just as big as McDonald's and make the most amazing ice cream cake ever.

Well they never heard of green tea icecream and i was like WTF.
Its very common for me but its not common/rare for them... ;-;
