Im still normal human but just can function fine without hearing.
I can do lip reading, fluent in signs, write, and talk little. that all.

Well yeah, not being able to hear doesn't make you incapable of communicating or living as any other person would.
I have major problems with my wrists and am slightly near sighted yet I still can hold up a job that uses my hands a lot. -Shrugs.-

No, surgery wont help. My wrists are double jointed, my tendons are not. I've sprained them so many times they're pretty much that way permanently now.

When they get really bad I put them in splints.
