The priest was caught touching himself inappropriately in a private booth when the police did a sting operation on the business. There were two other arrests: another patron of the store (again touching himself) and the store owner (due to a business code violation).

It was almost as bizzare as hearing that Chuck Norris and his younger brother (both producers for Walker: Texas Ranger) are becoming honorary Texas Rangers. Chuck Norris, of course, was Walker himself.
