Well, he thinks it is a relationship but to me he's just a good friend helping me with some mental issues. I just don't like being alone so if I'm with someone it's ok

well maybe tell him that it's not a relationship an that you just want to be friends with him ? i mean the truth can be hard but it's not like he'll abandon you .. if he's a true friend he'll understand anyway.
