Ya there is a warranty and it is a touch screen phone. I'm not sure how the warranty will work with something like this. But my husband should look into it for sure. This way we can have phones that actually ring >.>

He was thinking of upgrading our phones and giving them to our kids to have. But my son might hate it if his phone doesn't ring hehe.

Hehe I got mine when I was 25. It was a virgin one. Not sure what kind though.

At least we saved everything for the phone, just have to search the whole house for the receipt though. No clue where that is.

Ya it would be. I should mention to him when he gets up to look into it. I don't even think he remembered that it was still under warranty.

Getting a warranty would be awesome. Our son can have a phone that works and so can our daughter. We plan on giving them ours because we can get a gps app that lets us know where they are at all times. This way we can tell if they are behaving or if we need to call them to tell them to get their butts home.
