(Not definitely, but it also doesn't mean it is always incorrect. People usually change conversation theme or avoid the answer when the other has in fact pointed out truth. And, anyways, flirting doesn't necessarily mean wishing for romantic relationships and feelings. XD But, yea, I guess we're getting off the point P= )

(Technically we're still OOC. So we can make whatever points we want! And I agree on the point of those who flirt don't necessarily want romance )
