10-27-14: Demonskid is back and getting the Charity Back up and running! Please be patient for she has a few things she's planning on doing first.
From here on out, people who join the charity and get a paw log, they'll get a randomly chosen item out of cat's inventory! The item is chosen by cat, so make sure you have your wishlist updated and post it with your Sign Up Form!

11-10-13: The Cat Paws charity is undergoing a potential change in management so please bear with us while Quiet Man Cometh figures things out. TRADES BACK TO NORMAL. You can send your donations and trades back to the cat paws account.

12-12-12: Common Grab is closed till further notice. TRADE REDIRECT! Please send Trades of event currency to Demonskid's alt Inari for now till trades are fixed.

8-24-11: Some Users have been having problems viewing the content inside spoiler tags. So Cat Paws came up with an idea. Use a Social Group to hold the Paw Logs information. No spoilers will be used. Each person with ownership to a Paw Log will be invited to the group. When accepting the invitation, your log will be moved to its very own thread in the Social Group.

8-18-11: DK added some new feature where when you get 1,000 Cat Paws you automatically get 1,000 Aurum! Also for easy to find. Games that change a lot like riddles and the cat breed, they can be found in the first post. Information on how to play them is still in Post Nine.

Paw Prints and Paw Print Logs are not at the moment being used. Things will be handed out randomly until the site picks up activity.

Paw Prints: "Paw Prints" is basically a point system we use to grant a donation.

Paw Print Donation: You must get 5000 points to get an item donation. For each 1k Paw Prints you get Cat Paws will send you 1k Aurum!.

Obtaining Paw Prints: You can get Prints by referring others, being active in the thread, joining our contests & games, Birthdays and Trisphee Anniversaries (T-V for short), etc. Bribing us...j/k! We even randomly give out points!

Paw Prints Log: A "Paw Prints Log" is a post entry on the 9th post where you can keep track of your Paw Prints. Go there to check your Prints and updates from the charity. Once your Paw Log box has 5000 Paw Prints (or 7,500, or 10,000), you're eligible for a donation.

1000 Aurum Trade: Once a week people can trade 1k Aurum for 100 Paw Prints. (suggested by a user) this way the charity can get some money while helping others get items they want.

10 Rune Trade: Twice a week people can trade 10 Runes for 200 Paw Prints. (suggested by a user) this way the charity can get some money while helping others get items they want.

Rare Item Trade: Trade 1 Rare item for paw prints. The more the Item is worth the More prints you get.

Descriptions

~Theme Scheme~

How to play:

I will put up a type of theme, be it a color theme, holiday, a animal type theme, or a tv/music like theme. Themes will change every once in a while.

Here is what YOU do when the theme changes. Dress up your avatar in the best way you can to match the theme. If its a movie or anime name the character from the movie.

Post the image of the avatar in your paw log in the charities social group. (you can use a mule to dress up the avi so you do not have to change your main.) with the name of the character.

~Quote The Paw~
Lucid and DK remember a game played by the staff on the site's first event. The staff would randomly post a special image and if we quoted it, we got some sort of prize. Well, the charity has come up with 'Quote the Paw!'

How to Play: Every once and a while DK will post a Paw "

" and you the member will quote the post containing the paw. If we aren't on send a PM of the quote to the poster of the paw. Paws from a week before will not count. So try and keep an eye on the post dates!

This also counts posts inside the Social Group

Everyone who quotes the paw gets the points. One paw is posted, three people quote it, all three get the 300 paw prints!

~Pin The Tail~
Every once in a while we shall play Pin the Tail on the Kitty. I will have a grid up, same size as the picture of the cat. Each box on the grid will have a number, and each number represents an area which may possibly contain the base of the tail. Each person has 1 guess, each person who hits the Tail Base will gain the winning amount of Cat Paw Points. The Picture behind the grid will always be different each time. Winners Receive 300 Paw Points.

~Sudoku~
Sudoku - A Sudoku puzzle is a puzzle grid made up of 81 squares, formed into nine rows and nine columns, as well as nine boxes. The object is to fill every row, column and each box with nine different digits. You don't need to be good at mathto solve a sudoku puzzle: the skill is in deciding where other numbers fit.
Every Thursday I will try and place a sudoku puzzle. Demonskid has the only answer sheet. Copy and paste the sudoku grid into your paint and fill in the empty spots with numbers. When you finish, save it to Photobucket or Tiny Pic and PM me, Cat Paws, your finished Sudoku Grid. Each Winner will receive 500 Paw Prints.

~Samurai Sudoku~
A Samurai Sudoku puzzle gird is made up of five sudoku puzzle grids, which are linked together via the central puzzle. The object is to solve each puzzle by using the central puzzle as an aid - and the central puzzle is solved by cross referencing against the four surrounding puzzles! Each Tuesday I will post a Samurai Sudoku. Demonskid has the only answer sheet. Copy and paste the samurai sudoku grid into your paint and fill in the empty spots with numbers. When you finish, save it to Photobucket or Tiny Pic and PM me, Cat Paws, your finished Samurai Sudoku Grid. Each Winner will receive 1000 Paw Prints.

The cats have gotten loose and they have pranced all over the other threads! Cat Paw's will be hidden all over Trisphee, on the first pages of threads, and who ever finds the most wins the game. This game will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, so more then one person can win Cat Paw Points.

How to Play:

First thing to do is make sure you have a Paw Log. If you don't just PM Cat Paws your sign up form and she will add you to our members list.
Look for Paw Prints in the first page of threads. They will be all over the site so look good and hard.
When you find a Paw print, click on the post number in the upper right hand corner of the post to open a new tab/window. Get the URL from there and save it somewhere (wordpad or note pad.. just until your ready to send us your findings)
Once you think you have found enough, copy and past the list you have saved into a PM and send it to me, Cat Paws.
3 people with the most paw's found, wins the paw prints!

Make an orginal piece and submit it to Cat Paws or DK to recieve 700 Cat Paws.

The art can be a banner for the charity, avatar art of Cat Paws, or anything else that you think is related to this charity! Traditional or digital does not matter, but if you are doing traditional, we would love it if you would scan the piece rather than take a picture and upload it because scanning it will be higher quality.

Way back in closed beta of the site, Dem and Demonskid, (back then Demonskid was known as Inari and Dem was Demonic Angel,) pulled together and created the "10,000 Cat Paws Charity". This was before the site even had avatars! Dem being one of the 2 original Owners, will be greatly missed amongst the CP Staff and Members. She has recently recived a job else were and is to busy to be on Trisphee, so in memory of her we place this Memorial.

Dem, if you ever come back to us, you will have a spot as an original owner here at CP. We shall miss you.
