I've only had it baked into a croissant, but I didn't think it was bad. not my favorite cheese but whatever. it was part of thanksgiving last year, and I rarely get good vegetarian-friendly foods on thanksgiving.

last year we had our neighbors over, and she's a vegetarian too so she baked broccoli casserole and we had plenty of yummy salad and bread based foodstuffs. this year I was with my very meat-and-potatoes extended family.....so I had potatoes.

It was dressing or whatever.
My Dad makes it from scratch and he just didn't use a chicken broth base and put chicken in it. xD He did all of it with vegetable broth. <3
There was something else I ate too and I don't remember.
I mean, there was obviously rolls too...

yeah, rolls are a given. I usually make a dish or three for thanksgiving when I have it at home, because that way I can control exactly what goes into it. but since most people in the family cooked things and brought it to my grandparents' house, I didn't have the chance to do it all. I just made a dish of caramelized sweet potatoes instead, and everyone ate it and I hardly got any. D':
