Let me tell you a story. My parents bought a house before I was born. They both signed the mortgage. They got divorced. When they got divorced my father kept the house. Many years later, they realized my mothers name was still on the mortgage. They got my mother off of it. My fathers house foreclosed. My father is doing a short sale. My father says her name isn't off the mortgage and she needs to sign for the house.

Anyway, I do refer to my parents as mother and father because I don't like 'em.
