Bina, Rob's brother, Josh asked me if I can help him custom made of Harlequin dress. Which is why I'm asking.

Flaria, that may prove some difficulty if you don't have lots of sewing experiences. But having a good pattern and someone to show you how will help you a lot. I recommend finding someone who does those things already.
