White, dear, would you like some cream or sugar in your tea?

-gestures to the lovely spread of imaginary... uh... tea stuff.-

Default #53

I would enjoy a small amount of both for my tea, actually.~

Read Me!

Name of Book [ Nightshade ]
Author [ John Saul ]
Category [ Mystery ]
Brief Summary [ Fifteen year old Matthew Moore lives a great life; loving mother, caring stepfather, lives at a huge estate in New Hampshire, and his girlfriend is the prettiest girl at school. Until a fire leaves Matt's ailing grandmother homeless and when she moves in she insists on recreating the bedroom of her deceased daughter; the favored child who died more than a decade ago.
Matt's life begins to change; he starts smelling his aunt's perfume, and at night he's haunted by terrible nightmares. His grandmother breaks apart his parents and tragedy shatters the family beyond repair. ]

Reason for Recommendation [ This book is a terrifying book that kept me reading till the end. I was actually not sure whether to put this in mystery or horror. John Saul keeps you horrified at the events and twists that constantly shadow over Matt's life and keeps you glued to the pages as the story unfolds. One of my favorite books that I own. ]
