@ Ashy - Well, I have a staff, but the Caduceus is not currently available. I have actually suggested it before~ One of my knives is named Caduceus.

vitamins in pill form are no good, you just pass them straight through. You've got to either have liquid capsules or that powder stuff you mix in water eg. protein shakes
