@Ashy: Well, I wasn't able to buy all the food I would love to eat for my body because of my boyfriend's grandmother is bad habit of eating fattening type of food when she is supposed to get healthy food and I supposed to take a vitamin with food. It wouldn't make any difference for me, actually. I don't always have the money for it. I know, my mom does have liquid ones but like Fish oil and something else. :/ Every person's body made differently. Some are able to absorb it more than others it's all research. xD
