i found a good way to clean the sinuses :P i bought a packet of mints and i just open it up when my nose nears clearing. BAM! cleared sinuses ><

i do too but even with brushing 1-2 times a day i have teeth issues .__. i have soft teeth as its called it blows DX

i take care of my teeth too but my gums bleed every time and i still get really bad cavaties. I do exactly the same as my sister and she has perfect teeth T_T yeah my dentist just said that i probably have calcium deficiency and weak gums. and my wisdom teetha are coming through ><

i have no luck with teeth ><

i have soft enamel is my issue =/ so like zero protection lol.. none of my cavities have been bad lucky me all of them stay shallow DX

I'm over due for the dentist .. I hate the people at my dentists office.. I like to chat.. but I don't remember everysingle day to bush.. and that plaque/tarter stuff hardens with in 24 hours.. so I get bitched at for not brushing ><

when I was little... mom never got on my case about brushing so through out the years its been at the back of my mind and I forget to do a lot of things easily ><

my mom was always on my case an i still tended to forget lol... -.-; but like i said earlier my enamel is soft so i was screwed from the get go xD

though i have gotten better about it over the years >.>; it still bugs me cause i need to get to the dentists but with no medical i dont even want to think about how much it'd cost D:

edit: on an whenever they decide to update the markings an the other samples should be easier to see Dx plus im just gonna combine the mouths with eyes so its a choice less an makes it easier on me ^.^;
