You don't put syrup on waffles in Sweden...you put jam and whipped cream. ;__;

I like syrup on my waffles. And I don't think I've ever had whipped cream on anything other than pie or ice cream. And I don't like whipped cream.. >_>

I dunno, people just don't use syrup here... x_X

I had pizza.. Oh, Senyoru-chan, that might be for a very simple reason. When was the last time you saw a maple tree? Because if those are plentiful, then as to why Swedes don't use syrup.. I wouldn't have a clue. xD
