Naps always seem to make me more tired these days. I miss being able to really take a nice nap.

I rarely nap as it throws off my sleep cycle but today I really needed to crash after shopping for some reason.

Nah but I DID strain my lateral quad thinger muscle and can barely walk let alone skate. It's so embarrassing.
