Is it hard to read the Nook in sunlight, Mew?

Yes. ^u^ I have read Sabriel a good while ago and enjoyed it very much.

I haven't actually gone outside to read it but it shouldn't be. :O
Since it has that e-ink screen it's supposed to be readable in sunlight.

Sounds interesting, but I am cautious about readers since they are not ink and paper.

I think it would be cool to have one, but I dunno how much I'd use it. I love the smell/feel of a book XD

Me, too! I like paper and pages and ink and alphabets as well as words and stories and characters.

Ya I still prefer a real book to one on my Nook, so if I really want the book then I'm gonna buy the actual thing. But it's easy to read on the Nook, doesn't hurt your eyes or anything. ^^
The books are also cheaper when you buy them for it so that's another reason. xD;

Anyways, I just finished a book, Behemoth by Scott Westerfield, and I loved it just like the first one in the series. ^^

That is good to know that the Nook is easy on the eyes. ^^

I'm sort of working on Daughter of Prophecy still. The terms are starting to annoy me -- lots of fantasy writers will substitute something along the lines of "an hourglass's turn" or something for the word "hour," to sound more authentic, I suppose. That doesn't bother me. When they do that but they also still say things like "Adam's apple," it bothers me. If you're going to be picky about the word "hour," you shouldn't use the term "Adam's apple."

I have it on my Nook cause I got it for free so I guess I'll just read it sometime, then get the edited version later. :O

You could also watch the movie first. The one with Keira Knightley is REALLY awesome. Yay for free literature!
